2. User Responsibilities

4. Customs & Duties

  • All shipments crossing international borders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods comply with the import regulations of the destination country.
 

5. Prohibited Goods

       You may not ship:
  • Hazardous materials (unless properly declared and packed).
  • Illegal items under local or international law.
  • Perishable goods without proper documentation and handling instructions.

6. Insurance & Liability

       •RR Shipping Pvt Ltd recommends purchasing insurance for valuable goods.
       •We are not liable for loss, damage, or delay of uninsured goods.
       •Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount agreed upon in your shipment contract or invoice.

 

7. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept payments through [ Cash payments, Bank transfers, Bank Deposits, Wire ,Swift transfers and Card Payments through our website.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing at least 48 hours before dispatch.
  • Refunds may be issued subject to our discretion and based on the nature of the service provided.
