Refund Policy

At RR Shipping Pvt Ltd, we strive to offer timely and reliable freight forwarding services by air, sea, and road. We understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- The service was canceled before dispatch or shipment pickup.
- There was a duplicate payment made for the same shipment.
- The service was not rendered due to an error or failure on our part.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- RR Shipping Pvt Ltd will not issue a refund in the following cases:
- Shipment has already been dispatched, collected, or in transit.
- Delays caused by customs, weather, port congestion, or other uncontrollable external factors.
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
- Cancellations requested after shipment processing has started.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or formal request) at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or dispatch.
- Late cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund but may receive partial reimbursement depending on service status.
4. Refund Process
- If you are eligible for a refund:
- Please submit your request to info@rrshipping.lk with relevant details (invoice, tracking ID, reason for refund).
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after review and approval.
- The amount will be refunded via the original method of payment.
5. Partial Refunds
- In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued to account for administrative fees, route reservations, or work already completed on your behalf.
